[Thinkpad] error codes on tp 750

Hi all,
 picked up a 750 plus docking station 1 at our local car boot on
Sunday, no floppy batt or HD or cmos battery,
Ive a working 750cs here so swapped everyting over to see if it was
useable.
 Had the usual time and date error codes but had another I cant place
I9990303 then the ok sign with a diagonal forward slash over it then an
= to what looks like a 3page manual.
 any ides what this might be? also I cant get into the bios using F1.
what key do I need to do this?
 Any help much appreciated.
