[Thinkpad] Will this Pcmcia card fit my TP 760XL ?

This is a link to the same pcmcia card I bought. Could someone please advise me as to whether this is going to fit in my 760XL Thinkpad? A techie told me this is the new 32bit architecture and my old TP 760XL will not work with it? I am lost.
