[Thinkpad] How to take apart a 240x?

Hi Guys,

This is probably a very simple question, but how do you remove the keyboard
on a 240x? I have downloaded the TP240 hardware maintenance manual, and the
directions are very vague at best. I have removed the 3 screws shown, but
still can't get the keyboard loose. All the instructions say is "lift
keyboard as shown". It doesn't budge.

Is there something I'm missing? Is there a different maintenance manual for
the 240x than the plain 240?
