Well I was kinda planning making solid state machines with the option of
a customised colour case myself.
If anybody is interested in that, email me. I can assure you the
results look very good :-))

I haven't actually used it since I finished and put it back together,
but looking over it, I can only see 2 spots where there is a blemish and
they are in odd places, one of which is at the back where two screws go
in (left and right side, either side of the IO ports), I accidentally
started putting the wrong one in and it would not come back out again,
until I got some pliers. I used clear laquer as I prefer the glazed
look, a bit like the piano black effect. (As on some special edition X24s?)
But overall I was kind of dreading it, thinking it would be the disaster
of the year, but given I do some airbrushing for my artwork; it turned
out very very well indeed.
