Yes indeed, you obviously need a larger card.
Actually Lite PC claims to be able to trim Windows 98 down to about 30
Mb but you probably want a little more than that...
I believe Victoria is running some flavor of Windows from a 350 Mb PC
card. She has an internal CF card with an adapter but boots from the PC
card slot.
I installed Windows 98SE (Lite) on a 512 Mb card so I could check out a
second hand 560x (my 3rd) which had a dead hard drive.
