Thanks for your encouragement...it really was a great machine, except it
wasn't the best for portability and I'm always on the move...and the damned
left hinge!

Dismantling a laptop for the first time? I presume for you, is a bit
like taking a clock apart for the first time.
Its a lot more difficult putting itback together again so it works.
My guess is that you havent seated some connection properly consequently
it wont connect something essential.
Its up to you wether your determined enough to not give in with it .
all our support for another attempt at doing it.
