No, the deal is this
Take any T-Mo phone plan $39.95/mo or higher, the unlimited Internet is
$19.99 add'l
You do not need the air card. As I said, you can hook up with a USB cable,
or simply use IR if you have an IR equipped phone.
An added feature is that, if you get the right phone, it will also be web
enabled, so you can check email from anyplace (the phone browser is a WAP
browser and not full internet, but you can get POP mail and AOL mail).
Aircards are available on Ebay for around $110 last time I looked. You just
take the sim card out of the phone and pop it into the aircard and GO
