We (in New York City) can't yet roam on AT&T. Though this seems likely
and is now possible in places like central New Hampshire and San Juan, PR.

And worse, in New York City, in some cases, the new AT&T signal steps on
the T-Mo signal, forcing the phone into "Emergency Only" mode.
