I'm heading out of town for a few weeks on Monday, I maintain a MSN
dialup account for domestic internet roaming and (used to) use MaGlobe
for international roaming. A few days ago I discovered that the latter
no longer has local dialups in the towns where I will be (eg, Pisa
Itay), so I have switched to another global roamer (inter.net) that
does. I notice that the latter uses the same dialup numbers here in
Hawaii as does MSN, and so I wonder: is there any hope that the p.o.p.
dialup lines I find there will let me treat them as simple access
numbers for MSN? Are there lists of international points of presence
dialups that work with a wide variety of service providers?
Sorry for the somewhat off topic post.
