No the mighty 233 Mhz Pentium II gets by without a fan.

I'm still waiting though I'm not entirely sure what to expect.
Massive read/write failures along with parts of the OS disappearing.
Netscape 7.0 has been flaky but apparently that's not unusual.
Hopefully having all my data on the PC card will allow me to quickly
abandon the system when it does go belly up.
AutoCAD and IrfanView still seem fine and I expect they both stress the
OS as much as Netscape.
