Yes, so something you loaded causes it, possibly because it conflicts with

In order to be useful to me, a new computer that I use has about 12-16
HOURS of configuration
and software loading that needs to be done. I install Eudora, Visual Studio
6, some very unique
software development environments, MSDN libraries, Lego Mindstorms for
schools, vIRC, service
packs, network configuration, a few security programs, spyware sniffers,
etc.

I **NEVER** had the shutdown problem when I received the system from you.
At least not until
I started loading my extra stuff on the box.
