[Thinkpad] OT WHOIS on XP

Some time back I wrote an article on manually reporting spammers
<http://www.camblab.com/nugget/extermin.htm> which is a very
popular download from my website. I refer to use of a command-line
WHOIS utility, which is available for OS/2 and Win98. Now someone
has written who want to do WHOIS lookups on XP. Can any of you
XP users recommend utilities, command-line or graphical, that I can
recommend to others? (Sorry, I don't have XP on any machine myself.)
