[Thinkpad] Fn+F3 (blank display) does not work

On my T41, this is somehow no longer working...and I am not sure what needs
to be done to configure it back in. I sometimes use a Startup tool (by Mike
Lin) to find stuff that starts and disable it, but I may have blown away
something from Access IBM that was needed for the blue function keys.

On the other hand, the Fn+F7 (projection displays) works fine...as does the
suspend (Fn+F4).

Ideas?
