willing resource than has IBM...
I didn't mention that I reinstalled RR3 in the meantime (to maintain
some coverage until I get RR4 sorted), so that's why its files appear.
In terms of uninstalling RR3 before installing RR4, I've done it each of
the 3 ways you mention, with same result.
I'll research the JRE issue relating to 1722 errors and advise.
