[Thinkpad] Dual booting of english and Spanish windows on T20

Hi All,
This must have come up somewhen before.
 The scenario
 A lady customer, taking spanish for her B/arts degree. She will
purchase a T20 from me in the near future but ideally needs both
English and Spanish versions of say MS 98se, or 2000 or XP thereon, inc
Word in both languages. I said Id find the answer for her.
1. Can this be done via a dual boot, via a boot loader, or can one load
2 different language versions of Word on to one say English version
of these os?
I thought id ask here before calling MS.
