All these characters are also available on the "character map" (charmap.exe) that I think
is included with (most? all?) English-language Windows. I keep its icon on my Win 98
taskbar, because I also use it when I need characters like ¢ £ ¥ Æ ± ¾ ü ® © ô ™ ç Ø
º ßand § as well as ¡ ¿ ñ á é and ó.
