[Thinkpad] Thinkpad with DOS display

I'm using a TP770 set up for dual boot, Win2K and DOS. I use some
programs that must be run in real DOS, or they get into trouble.

My question is, How can I get the DOS screen to fill the LCD screen? At
present it uses only about 70 percent of the screen, with a lot of unused
black space around it. Can anyone give me some pointers?
