Since all t30's obviously look the same it has to be an error on the
production( s/ware) line., where there are say 100 in a row and one
wasnt properly labelled as set up for a specific customer.
 It really is time that IBM had a help line direct to their Thinkpad
division so that this sort of query can be deaslt with by either the
agent like yourself or the customer.
Perhaps IBM should do wnh some mfg'd do. the person that puts it
together puts his id say under the keyboard so any cockups can be traced
back to him/her.
