[Thinkpad] Source for large (2 Gb) compact flash cards?

Has anyone got any preferred suppliers for large (2 Gb) compact flash cards?
I've started getting errors writing to my Viking 1 Gb card which I
suspect is because it's getting full (less than 100 K free).
Or the card's dying.
Either way I'm in the market for a larger (2 Gb or bigger) CF card.
