Doing the same thing on my A30p, though I chose to use a fresh hard drive
and do a clean SP2 install with a slipstreamed cd.
The Security Center doesn't recognize NAV CE 9.0 is up to date.
Still toying with Group Policy adjustments.
Next step will be to clone my already setup hard drive, apply SP2 and see
what changes are made, and check that existing programs still work,
especially my remote management connections.
Will report as more information is gleaned.
