Sorry but let me ccrrect myself.

In my previous post, the first guy upgrade
P-II 233MHz->P-II 400MHz, not from MMX.
Sorry for my mistake.

After finding this mistake, I did some more net
search, and found both success and failure stories
about the upgrade path from MMX to PII. So I can't
give a definite answer about Vikas's question.
