Hi

I own an IBM Thinkpad 770E that has the Trident Cyber9397 graphics
adaptor. While using the laptop with Windows 98 and the video drivers
from IBM it had Direct3D hardware acceleration support, but I updated
the system to Windows 2000 and there is no video driver from IBM or
Trident, so I had to use the supplied driver of Windows 2000. This
driver do not support hardware acceleration in Direct3D.

Is there any way to get the 3D hardware acceleration working with
Windows 2000/XP?

Ah, another question: any way to upgrade 770E's BIOS without having a
working battery?

Greetings!
