[Thinkpad] Standby problems

Hi there!

My X31 sometimes does not wake up from standby mode. It just goes to
standbymode and i can push all the keys I want but it wont wake up. I have
to reboot then. It happens in about 1 of 10 times

Second problem: My 31 does not wake up from hibernation mode. If I turn it
on it starts to load windows and then just hangs itself up. I have to do a
cold reboot then. It happens in about 1 of 5 times.

WTF is this? I thought IBM know what they are doing?
