[Thinkpad] T23 Unknown Hard Error

Hi again:

My other Computer a T23, type 2647-8MU,
WinXP SP1, 384 meg memory, Bios V. 1.15 (1AET59WW),
is constantly giving error code stop;C0000007b, unknown
hard error, beginning dump of physical memory .... everything
locks up and I can't do anything but to shut it off with the button.
Any help with this problem would be greatly appreciated.
