Happen to remember the auction #?
As best I can tell ( and remember from god knows where :-/ ) the
following 3 parts are compatible with the a31p:
BXM80532GC2600D, BXM80532GC2400D, BXM80532GC2200D
2.6, 2.4 and 2.2Ghz respectively, 400Mhz fsb, etc. I did a bit of
searching and the 2.4 can be found for ~$250 while the 2.2 goes for
~$200. The only prices I found for the 2.6 scared me... ~$600 :-O so
I'd love to find one for $199.

btw... there are two 2.2's up there now for $100 buy-it-now.
