The Lexmark P3120 has a history of troubles. I suggest you totally
remove the Lexmark P3120 software... edit the registry with regedit or
regclean to finish the uninstall, then reinstall from the download, not
the disc, version including CJB3100EN.exe and LexMarkDiag.exe. The
diagnostic file is important. Follow the reconnect problems exactly.

I suppose it could be a computer error, but I doubt it based on the
large number of these Wal-Mart sold printers that have presented at our
shop.
