Call EZServe in the morning and tell them you need a replacement
keyboard/nav pad. A quick and painless repair. Won't take but a few days
including turnaround time.
You might want to replace it yourself. A few screws in and out is all it
takes.
Look up the hardware maintenance manual for your specific model. It's a pdf
file with illustrations and very easy to follow directions for many hardware
repair/replacement components.
