Yep. That's the one. Before you order it, turn the Thinkpad off,
unplug it, remove the battery, open it up and check the MiniPCI bay. It
should look somewhat like an oversized memory slot. If you see 2 antenna
cables in there with Hirose UF.L jacks then you're good for the MiniPCI
wifi cards listed above.

If the Thinkpads come with the Hirose jacks then you simply snap the MiniPCI
card in like a piece of memory, attach the antennas to the antenna jacks,
put the battery in, and turn the machine on. If everything goes well the
card should be detected and all you'll have to do is furnish the right
drivers to make it work...if not, swap the 2 antenna leads and try
again. If it still doesn't work, then you should be able to return it to
Dell for a full refund minus shipping.

Of course, if your 'pad doesn't have the Hirose jacks, then all bets are
off.
