He could probably tighten things up himself, but I sure wouldn't bother doing that with
with a new computer. Tell him to call 1-800-IBM-SERV; they'll pick it up the next day and
he should have it back in another day or two. Make sure he mentions that it is the whole
area and that sometimes some keys don't work. Maybe somebody forgot to tighten a bunch of
screws. Or left them out entirely.

My X21's keyboard is lifting a bit, and a few keys are getting a little loose on the lower
left, too much play in them. I'll try to re-seat and tighten it myself, as my warranty
just expired.
