[Thinkpad] Reasonable memory

I've been shopping for a PC100 256MB SODIMM for my 600X to get it back up
to 576MB RAM. Of course I missed the flurry of parts that sold on eBay for
$47 each, and now prices seem just CRAZY with parts selling for over $90
for used parts.

Crucial sells the part for about $115 and others are around $99.

I thought the group might like to know that Computer Geeks
(www.compgeeks.com) has new parts at $46.50 each. No mention of brand or
country of origin. I ordered one last night and will report on how it
works the day I get it.
