Don't you think 1 guy (or lady) doing 44 buys at a time, that's rather
odd? Sounds rather unbelievable to me, if not impossible. And how can he
know for sure it is about a "stolen identity".

And more important, if he knows about that (stolen identity), how can it
be he hasn't reported the facts to Ebay?

Very odd, and me thinks there is more at stake than just a "stolen
identity". As you have reported to Ebay, I wonder what their answer will be.
