Why would anyone care to steal a + 15 rate account. You can as well,
and even better make a brand new account.

Which can be a fake, which can be fraud, but isn't an indication of a
"stolen account".

You sure have spotted I've mentioned already twice that fact. No need
for keeping it repeated.

Which is an indication of fraud, but not at all an indication about a
"stolen identity".

So, there aren't any means to pay by means of a bankdraft either (banks
are closed too I presume).

Really? "Police" failing to report himself properly looks creepy to me
as well.

Of course they do. That's why I refuse to work with Paypal.

I do know that, and probably I do know better than you.
Question:
- How can it be there are fifteen ratings positive, 2 ratings negative,
and still an account of 100 % positives, and a global rate of + 15?
Answer: that only can be if an Ebay employee or someone inside Ebay
having acces to the accounts is messing around. Meaning, what we are
seeing not is not so much the aim but simply a try-out for coming
fraudulent actions. Which will be better hidden and more difficult to spot.
So it is even worse than you are prepared to think off. Unless Ebay
would'n hide and duck for once, but I'm not going to bet my pension on
that. :-)
