Yep, Device manager lists it as properly working, no IRQ conflicts. And yes,
network properties has the HRW adpt listed once where you can change its
properties just as you would be double or rightclicking it's icon in the
systray, it is also listed as having the installed network protocols.

Additionally, if I use the DOS command ipconfig /all it is not listed there
either. I have downloaded and installed the latest driver night before last,
still... no luck.

I have never seen this situation before, it's operating, but there's no proof
either from WINIPCFG or IPCONFIG in DOS.

I just thought of something to try, if you open Netmeeting and click "Help" and
"About", it will show your IP addresses. When I do this I get:

3.0.0.2 which for me is Microsoft TV/Video Connection (I have no idea why that's
there)

216.180.65.185 which is my currently dynamicly assigned PPP IP from my dialup
ISP
And
192.168.1.100 which is assigned to my internal Intel 8255x integrated NIC

So, Netmeeting isn't anyhelp either.
