It's not impossible for this to be real. I have a friend who is dealing with
small hand-held intelligent controllers--super intelligent specialized palm
pilots for factory equipment. They're having problems getting the lcd
screens for them--apparently the lcd oem is shifting gears for some
other geometries of screen, and has told customers that they'll have to
wait for the older screens.
Then again, this could be IBM's right hand not know what the left hand
has. That certainly wouldn't be new, would it...
