It is entirely possible that the machine will arrive on your doorstep
while you are waiting for your call. I have had machines arrive
repaired *and then* had the repair department phone with a future repair
completion date estimate. This kind of miscommunication is inevitable
when dealing with a huge company. However, it doesn't hurt to sit on
them, to keep reminding them that they need to find a decent IT company
to handle their records:-)
