[Thinkpad] T41P Screen cleaning: 99% alcohol?

I know the 50% and 70% stuff is not good for notebook screens.
What about 99%? Usually I see recommendations for 100% isopropyl
but saw the 99% stuff (and none of the 100%) in a local pharmacy.

So is the 99% okay or do I keep hunting for 100%? And how do I
apply it? The fingerprints are starting to annoy me!
