Well, in about the same amount of time as it took to post that comment, you can go to

http://www.systranbox.com/systran/box

and paste the URL of the Japanese page into the lower (web page translation) box. The
translated page will be far from elegant, because it is just a quick machine translation,
but certainly should be adequate for most of the details.

Or copy the URL into a Google box, then click "Translate this page" when the Japanese
result appears. This will be an even clumsier translation, but it's easy to use the old
familiar Google interface.
