Most likely, it won't. It only lets you define a few special keys (eg.
the - completely useless IMO - Windows key) and a few special
characters (euro, pound, yen symbols etc.). It's also designed to match
the Thinkpad-specific keys on an external keyboard.
The MS keyboard layout creator will let you do lots of things you can't
do with the Thinkpad Keyboard Customiser Utility.
