[Thinkpad] Setting up S-Video on T23

Hi All

Anyone got any ideas on how to get S Video out signal from a T23 onto a TV
under XP SP1?

I have the S Video cable with a SCART socket connector/interface to feed
into the TV, but after a lot of mucking about I got no signal to TV...?
