  LDE http://lde.sourceforge.net/ or if you can get hold of a dos
3.2/6.2 norton disk editor or buttonware for dos 3.2 then there's
http://www.jbrowse.com/products/axe/ and http://www.sf-soft.de/winhex/
just to mention a few.

I have old dos 3.2 software - can't recall names as I've not used them
for a while. The main trick in data recovery is software that reads the
sectors - not the tables. Good luck!
