[Thinkpad] Difference between T40 vs. T41 vs. T42??

I'm looking to buy a new Thinkpad but i'm not sure what the difference
is in the T-series.

Can anyone shed some light?

I know some come with 15" screen and some 14". I'm trying to decide
whether to go for an X series or T series because I just came back
from vacation lugging around my A21P and that wasn't fun. Will I
notice much of a difference in the size/weight of the T vs. X? I know
the thickness is the same in both but i guess i have to decide which
is more important, bigger screen/heavier or smallerscreen/lighter.

Any input would be appreciated. thanks
