T and X cases are made of Titanium (Ti), so the T* series are
"lightweights" compared to other laptops with a 14 inch screen. With the
12 inch screen the X* series even can be called "featherweights". The R*
series cases are made of aluminium (Al) and have a 15 inch screen, so
they are about 1 kg heavier. Which is much to "lug" around with.

So, if you haven't to keep an eye on your spendings, "Titanium" is the
keyword.
