[Thinkpad] Access Connections Problem

My Access Connections seems to have gone bad. Everytime I run it, I get an
error box with the label "QCTrayWnd: QCTray.exe - Application Error" and the
message says "The instruction at "0x7c910e03" referenced memory at
"0x20202020". The memory could not be "written"." It happens when AC says
"Applying browser settings". "QCTray.exe is System Tray icon providing
access to the "IBM Access Connections" wizard on ThinkPad laptops and also
allows to change the network environment."

I have uninstalled and reinstalled Access Connections (v3.53) both saving
the profiles and removing all the profiles. This is on an X40 running XP
SP2. Access Connections used to work, even after SP2 applied.

Anyone have any ideas what the problem might be.
