This is a pure shot in the dark, considering that I don't have Windows XP or Access
Connections, but this won't hurt anything if I'm wrong...

Take a look around for a log file associated with Access Connections; if you find one,
rename it. Or (and?) see if there is any option within the Access Connections program to
disable any logging that may currently be enabled.

Then try running it again to see if the error still appears.
