The free Mozilla Thunderbird email client is the
next best thing to Outlook in terms of feel and
smooth operations. It is very filter friendly, supports
multiple email addresses and has a "smart" junk email
routine that kills spam. I believe it runs under OS/2 Warp
and Linux as well as winders.
I used to run Eudora a long time ago and liked it but
found it somewhat convoluted.
I also ran the shareware PMMail, which is fairly good
too, but it's been a while so I can only relay its existance.
