[Thinkpad] Overclocking the thinkpad 560z

I was playing around with windows 2000 because it suddenly ditched APM
on me and went ACPI (odd, I know), and was finding it to be a mixed
blessing. The integrated windows knowledge of battery life and such
was present, but, hibernation and the function keys, except the
suspend function combo, were dead. as was cpu scaling.

So, I got ahold of CPUCool, hoping to be able to get my cpu scaling back...

and I did... but in the other direction.

So far i've managed to get the thinkpad up to a FSB of 80 from 66 and
a Core speed of 360 from 300. I had to use a manual winbond chip, and
the front side bus I select in the program is often far off what I
get, but, i've managed to map this
50 mhz really means 80 mhz / 360 mhz
62.4 mhz will get you the default 66 mhz / 300 mhz

and some other oddities inbetween (55 gives you a 312 mhz processor.. go figure)

Anyway, if anyone's interested, I can provide more information, but,
its also detected a thermal sensor, and , a lot more intersting ACPI
information (vbatt, and the watts calculated that the batt is being
charged / discharged) , overclocking doesn't seem to be driving it
unstable either.
