[Thinkpad] Installing 31P9701 a/b/g adapter in T40p

Thinking of upgrading my Thinkpad T40p (802.11a/b) to support 802.11g using
part 31P9701.

I was cautioned by a friend that I will need a special security Torx
screwdriver to do this installation. Is this true, and if so where can I
buy the right screwdriver to perform this install?
