Well, after two months, I finally have the BatteryRefill.com transaction completed. It seems that they were moving when I placed the order, which led to some initial delay/confusion. Then one of my two batteries was stone dead, so even the new cells didn't help; they agreed that it made sense, since I had a third dead one, to send both and they'd swap the cells into the third one. They did, I finally got it back, and all is well.
I'd give them a B overall; that may be unfair in the long term, as some of it was probably due to the move, but that's the results I had. I would use them again if I wasn't in a hurry.
