OK, I have a T40 with this setup in front of me now. Add/Remove programs shows "Access IBM Tools," and clicking Change/Remove opens the "Access IBM UnInstall Tool" which has a selection list of the suite components and a Remove button. If you don't see that when you click Change/Remove, then apparently yours is not of that vintage and you can ignore all I've said (If you hadn't already done so). :)
