For organizing and light editing I like IrfanView
<http://www.irfanview.com>.
Freeware, works great on the solid state 560x (266 Mhz, 96 Mb RAM,
Win98 lite <www.litepc.com>).
Nothing better for organizing, renaming, changing format or size.
Competent for basic editing, adjust brightness, contrast, rotate and
crop.
Won't help with burning CDs
